Safety rules

The festival organizer and the concert visitors are obliged to follow the rules established by the Estonian Government and the Health Board.

The festival reserves the right to change the seating plan in all the concert halls.

The festival provides hand sanitizers and hand wash at every venue.

If you are ill, showing symptoms of illness or have been in contact with any person that is then please do not attend any of the venues as it is unsafe.

The festival reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone showing symptoms or signs of illness into the concert venues.

The concert venues will open one hour before the concert starts, please arrive early so everyone can enter and be seated safely.

Please keep a safe distance (approx. 2 meters) from other people in the concert venues.

The festival is not liable to pay refunds if the ticket holder is unable to attend due to illness.

The festival provides face masks in all the venues. Although it is not obligatory to wear a mask, it is recommended to arrive at the concert venue with your own mask.

We ask all visitors to register when they arrive at the venue on the registration page provided.

HOIA mobile app

The festival recommends downloading the mobile app HOIA to your phone via HOIA app helps to curb the spread of the coronavirus with the help of app users. The application notifies the user if he has been in close contact with an infected person. The phones of the users of the application exchange anonymous codes, and the state, the manufacturer of the application, or the manufacturer of the phone will not know who was in close contact with whom.
